1. Returns

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or sale items
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., drill bits, cutting wheels)
- Electrical components once installed
1.3 Return Process:
- Contact our support team at returns@handyfixdirect.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RAN and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
1.4 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2.2 Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
2.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition
- Missing parts or damaged packaging (not due to our error)
3. Exchanges

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
